Important notes . . .
You will be able to preview your message before actually submitting it.
The message area is limited to 1000 characters. Afterall, the purpose here is to establish contact with us so that we can then communicate with each other via e-mail, not for you to send us a novel.
The "From" and "e-mail" fields are limited to a maximum of 50 characters.
The "Subject" field is limited to a maximum of 70 characters.
No HTML tags <angle brackets like these> are allowed anywhere.
Any and all "double-quotes" will be converted to 'single-quotes' in the message area and will be removed completely from the other fields.
Regarding your e-mail address . . .
You must include your e-mail address even if you don't want a response from us.
Our form will inspect the structural integrity of your e-mail address, but cannot verify its validity.
Checking the checkbox to have a copy of your message e-mailed to you is the best way to be assured that you entered your e-mail address correctly.
If the copy of your message does not arrive to you within a few minutes, you'll know that your e-mail address was incorectly typed in.
If you don't get an e-mail response from us within 24 hours, the problem might be...
Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)'s mail server has temporarily gone down, which would also bounce back our response to you. In this case, we'll try again within the next day before being forced to give up.
The settings of either your e-mail client, operating system or ISP's mail server needs to be configured to accept e-mail from our domain name (492ndbombgroup.com). AOL, for example, requires the sender to submit a form request before their e-mail will be passed on to the recipient.
The bottom line is that if you don't hear back from us, it will never be because you've been overlooked or ignored. Something has prevented our e-mail from getting to you.
The solution at that point is to leave another message here and give us a phone number, your time zone and the best time for us to call you. Unless you're outside the continental US, we'll give you a call. If you make a typo when entering your phone number, we'll be unable to call you and we'll be right back to square one.
