For years we had a contact form on this page which would allow any visitor to send an e-mail to either Paul or David Arnett (the two guys that built this website), but thanks to the tireless efforts of unscrupulous spammers and scheming internet ne'er-do-wells, we've finally decided to fight back by... surrendering!

The 492ndBG facebook group (as opposed to the 492nd Bomb Group facebook page) is open to anyone who asks to join and is subsequently approved by a member. As long as you don't cross the line with obviously inappropriate material, you'll be welcome to post there to your heart's content. Otherwise, you'll likely get booted out.

If you don't have a facebook account or don't want anything to do with it, you're not alone. For anything good to be said about facebook, two bad things can be found to complain about what an intrusive waste of time it can be. Many in the 492nd family have chosen to avoid it like the plague. But that will now be the only way to "contact us."
